I have anobe photoshop 6.0 (I think)and I just colored reguarly. Then I made it blue with the special effects bar on the right hand side and then clikced on the snnow effect. Last I blurred around Naruto so he would b more defined.
I dunno if you got that.... I don't explain things very well X3

Aww, how sad. Poor lil' Naru-kun! I feel so bad for him. I certainly hope he didn't live in a box. Maybe he lived with Iruka-sensei?
